Install in Chrome.

A ZIP is installed through Chrome’s extension tools. Keep the extracted folder after installation.

  1. Extract the ZIP

    Unzip the downloaded file into a folder on your computer. The folder you select next must contain manifest.json.

  2. Load the extension

    Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, then choose Load unpacked and select the extracted folder.

  3. Open your workspace

    Open Context Container from the Chrome toolbar. Sign in with Google and accept the processing disclosure for AI captures, or choose guest access for your saved local Library. Return to the Library in the same Chrome profile.

Choose what you capture.

Hosted AI capture sends selected chat text and visible text previews through Pordix to Google Gemini. Original attachment files stay local. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before capturing sensitive work. Need a hand? Visit Support.
